1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the App4Life website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

App4Life provides mobile app development, UI/UX design, and related consulting services. The specific scope, timeline, and deliverables for any project will be outlined in a separate project agreement or statement of work between App4Life and the client.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• All intellectual property rights in deliverables transfer to the client upon full payment.
• App4Life retains the right to use general knowledge, skills, and experience gained during a project.
• App4Life may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise.
• Pre-existing intellectual property of either party remains the property of that party.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Provide timely feedback and approvals to keep projects on schedule.
• Supply all necessary content, assets, and access credentials required for the project.
• Ensure that any materials provided do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.
• Make payments according to the agreed-upon schedule.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms, including rates, milestones, and schedules, will be specified in the project agreement. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within 14 days of issuance. Late payments may incur additional fees and may result in work being paused until the balance is settled.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of a project. This obligation survives the termination of any agreement. A separate NDA can be provided upon request.

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

App4Life will perform services with reasonable care and skill. However, we do not guarantee that any application will be free of bugs or errors. Our website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, App4Life shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific project in question.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the date of termination. Any deliverables paid for in full will be transferred to the client.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, through binding arbitration.
